Seyfarth Shaw

Seyfarth Shaw LLP has significantly boosted its Seattle Labor & Employment practice with the addition of partner Meg Burnham and six additional lawyers, building on the firm's recent additions of employment litigators Kathryn (Katie) Rosen and Devin Smith.

Burnham is being joined in Seyfarth's Seattle Labor & Employment practice by senior counsel Scott Prange and Darrah Hinton, counsel Rebecca Lynch, and associates Katie Gould, Kathleen Grossman and Lo Nelson.

Burnham, who comes to Seyfarth from Davis Wright Tremaine, is a trial-focused employment lawyer who defends top-tier organizations in complex, high-exposure matters — ranging from single-plaintiff disputes to wage and hour and pay‑transparency class actions, agency investigations, and industrial insurance assessments.

Like Burnham, Rosen, and Smith, Prange, Hinton, Lynch, and Nelson all come to Seyfarth from Davis Wright Tremaine. Grossman moves to Seyfarth from Troutman Pepper Locke, while Gould had been with Skidmore & Fomina.

“Strategic expansion has been a focus of the Seattle office in 2026. Together with our recent additions of Katie Rosen and Devin Smith, this team significantly strengthens our ability to serve clients navigating complex wage and hour and employment matters across the Pacific Northwest and nationally,” said Thomas Wybenga, co-managing partner of Seyfarth's Seattle office. “This group further solidifies our profile as the preeminent wage and hour defense firm in Washington state and beyond.”
