SEATAC — The Port of Seattle is hosting a special meeting on Aug. 11 for the public to provide comments on a series of proposed development projects at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport outlined in the draft environmental impact statement (EIS) for the airport's Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP) near-term projects.
The SAMP includes 31 projects the port says are needed to improve airport operations, safety and access. These include a second terminal and concourse with 19 additional aircraft gates.
