Building in Bellingham? Now there's no required parking

The Bellingham City Council has voted to eliminate minimum off-street parking requirements for new development, and establish citywide bicycle parking standards.

The Bellingham City Council has passed new regulations removing requirements to build on-site parking, and establishing consistent and minimum bicycle parking requirements citywide.
