Bellevue hearing on utility budget, rates

BELLEVUE — Bellevue residents will have an opportunity to weigh in on proposed utility spending plans and rate changes during a public hearing scheduled for Sept. 3.

Bellevue Utilities is seeking public comment on its proposed 2027-2028 operating budget, 2027-2032 capital budget and utility rates for 2027 and 2028. City staff will present information on investments needed to continue providing drinking water, wastewater, stormwater and solid waste services.
