Wilson targets unwanted solicitors

SEATTLE — Mayor Katie Wilson has signed a new executive order aimed at protecting homeowners from predatory real estate solicitation.

Ordinance 127491 creates Seattle's first citywide “Do Not Solicit” list to give homeowners a clear and enforceable way to opt out of unwanted real estate outreach.
