WA, Finland sign economic deal

SEATTLE – Gov. Bob Ferguson and Finland's Ambassador to the United States, Leena-Kaisa Mikkola, set a new framework Tuesday to guide collaboration and trade between Washington and Finland.

The joint Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the state and country forms a partnership on research, academia, innovation and business.
