Dancer wins in court over club's drink rule
Drunk drivers can usually blame only themselves if they’re hurt in an accident. But thanks to a ruling by the Texas Supreme Court, an exotic dancer will have her day in court against her former employer -- even though she got behind the wheel of her car after drinking 12 cocktails at work.
