Andrew Bergh: Dog's sniff search turns out to be illegal

Want a testimonial? Just ask Joseph Neth, who was convicted of a felony drug charge thanks to a police dog's sensitive sniffer. The canine's hard work was all for naught, however, as Neth's conviction was eventually overturned on a technicality.
