Correction

A story in the Nov. 19 DJC about the sale of La Plaza Midway Shopping Center in Kent contained several errors. CBRE, which represented the seller, Da Li Properties, said the property sold for $20,550,000, not $19,200,00, which was the price Da Li paid when it bought the center in 2016. The correct cap rate was 6.26 percent. CBRE said its team “out-performed on sale price in a market which is otherwise showing signs of decreasing values and increasing cap rates.”
