Corrections

A Nov. 4 article covering redevelopment of Terminal 46 contained some incorrect information supplied by the Port of Seattle about a cleanup at Terminal 91. Instead of having the site where cruise ships dock at T-91 cleaned of contaminates by next spring, a cleanup investigation will begin at that time. Actual cleanup activities may not start for another 10 years.

An Oct. 31 story about Christie's International Real Estate's new Seattle office incorrectly said the company entered the U.S. luxury real estate market last year. Christie's opened its first company brokerage last year in New York City, but has been in the U.S. real estate market with regional affiliates for longer.
