Just how green is that building product? Some manufacturers add 'nutrition labels'

The International Living Future Institute is working with the architects and contractors of the Bertschi School on Capitol Hill to get products used on that project listed in the Declare database
The aisles of grocery stores are filled with product labels that disclose ingredients. But imagine having a similar list available for building materials.
