Eric van der Veen has been promoted to vice president of the plan/spec division of Holaday-Parks. The mechanical contractor also added Derek Pizzey to the plan/spec group as a project manager. Van der Veen oversees all plan/spec project management and estimating activities, as well as procurement of plan/spec projects. Pizzey is currently assigned to the Immunex Helix Building E, Stevens Elementary School and Boeing Fire Station addition projects.
