City of University Place

Wayne Wenzel, facility maintenance technician for the city of University Place, has been awarded Building Operator Certification Level 1 by the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council. Wenzel received the certification following a year of training and project work in building operations. The program is accredited by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, and technical and community colleges in Washington and Oregon.
