Coos Bay, Ore-based West Coast Contractors has hired Scott Partney as general superintendent. Partney has experience in high-tech, commercial and telecommunications site design, planning and crew management. In his new role, he will manage construction consulting and feasibility studies, construction projects, manpower needs, construction schedules and subcontractors. The company is expanding its telecommunications site construction operations throughout the West. It specializes in communications/high-tech, commercial/heavy-duty, marine/all-weather, and bridge/all-terrain construction
