Kirtley-Cole Associates, a Snohomish County general contracting firm specializing in design/build and team build project solutions, has hired Mark Lewinski as senior project manager. Lewinski brings over 20 years management and construction experience in education, medical, biotech and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Kirtley-Cole, Lewinski spent 14 years with McCarthy in Bellevue.
