Holaday-Parks has promoted Kurt Stefanson from project manager to account executive in the Special Projects/Tenant Improvements Department of the Design/Build Division. Stefanson has been in the sheet metal trade for over 20 years. In his new role, he will provide project management, conceptual design, value engineering, contract negotiations and budget control services. His current projects include PATH @ Ballard Lofts, the United States Postal Service Distribution Center and Turgeon Raine Jewelers, all in Seattle.
