Doug Walter of Climate Engineers is one of five nationally-selected experts that co-authored the recently released "Kitchen Ventilation Systems and Food Service Equipment Fabrication and Installation Guidelines" by the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association. The publication provides information in a non-technical format for inter-related professionals such as architects, contractors, building and fire code officials, building owners and facility managers. It also includes guidelines of industry accepted practice for making custom food service equipment used in commercial kitchens. Walter is Climate's specialty metals manager.
