John Dellinger and
John Parker have acquired Unimark Construction Group from parent Unico Properties. Dellinger has nearly 15 years experience at Unimark and will serve as the company’s president. Parker will serve as executive vice-president and has more than 29 years tenure there. The firm has 65 employees and average revenues of $30 million. It was created in 1953 as Unico Construction, a division of Unico Properties, to provide tenant improvements for the commercial real estate firm’s Seattle portfolio. In 1994, the company became Unimark Construction. Included in the sale of the company is Servicemark, an affiliate of Unimark Construction Group that provides construction services.
