Wendy Butcher, a professional engineer, has joined the Bellevue office of KJM & Associates as a project manager. Butcher is accompanied by
Harold Lloyd, who was hired as director of e-business solutions. Butcher has over 16 years of combined experience in the design and management of all phases of civil and environmental engineering projects. Her experience ranges from the planning phase through final construction. Lloyd has 10 years of experience implementing custom document management solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He has worked for a wide variety of firms and industries, including telecommunications, banking, transportation, manufacturing and software development. KJM is a Bellevue-based national program and construction management consulting firm.
