Walsh Construction Co. has added
Nick Cooper as project manager and
Chuck Holcom as chief estimator to its Seattle office. Cooper is a 20-year industry veteran with a background in multi-family, commercial and historic rehabilitation. He is currently the 2002 president of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington. He also is a certified project management professional through the Project Management Institute. Holcom has almost 30 years of construction estimating experience. He is a registered engineer and previously was a partner at Bodenhamer, an Olympia-based general contractor. He holds a master's degree in construction management from the University of California at Berkeley.
