University Mechanical Contractors has added three to its management staff, including
Maria Boyer as manager of design-build operations,
Mike McNeil as senior project manager and
Rich Happel as general manager of service. Boyer is responsible for overseeing construction on many of the firm's design-build projects. She has 13 years of industry experience, plus knowledge in training and setting up management systems. McNeil is assigned to the company's Sea-Tac Airport South Terminal expansion project. He has over 30 years of experience, most recently managing mechanical construction on the new Seahawks Stadium. Happel is responsible for the operations and sales of the firm's service group, which includes on-call, maintenance and equipment replacements.
