Ramos
Everett-based Mayes Testing Engineers has hired Rolly Ramos as project manager for its Portland branch. Ramos comes to the firm with over 29 years of materials testing and inspection experience, and holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. He will be responsible for providing technical support, field supervision and project management for the office.
