Two new employees have been hired at RCI Construction Group in Sumner, including
Gerald Barker as senior project manager/estimator and
Kevin Walker as vice president of special projects. The company also announced
Julie Sankey has been promoted to senior project engineer at its Pacific Division in Hawaii. Barker will use his 22 years of experience to oversee utility and grading projects for the company. Walker will lead the development of new business opportunities in the industrial market, and will also focus on power generation and cogeneration plus major private developments. He has over 30 years of experience. Sankey is an integral part of the Pacific Division's estimating, project management and IT system departments.
