Marc Chavez has been elected 2002-2003 president of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute. Chavez works at the Seattle office of Merritt+Pardini and holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Idaho. He will head a new board for the chapter that includes president-elect
