Olympic Associates

Olympic Associates Co. of Seattle has hired Scott Laetans as project manager, Doug Saito as architect and Court Olson as senior construction manager. Laetans is working for the firm's Building Envelope Quality Assurance Group. He brings 12 years of project management, financial management and design experience to Olympic. Saito, AIA, is providing Olympic with constructability and building envelope review services. Previously, he was an architect and construction manager at Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle. Olson is providing design-build management services for both public and private clients. Prior to joining Olympic, Olson managed commercial building projects in the Puget Sound area.
