Longitude 122 LLC

Triad Development has created a new construction company called Longitude 122 LLC that will be headed up by Bruce Moe, founder and former owner of Titan Construction. Longitude 122 is owned by the two principals of Triad, Fred Grimm and John Goodman, and its executive vice president Ross Woods. Its offices will be in Seattle. The name reflects Triad's growing presence in California, particularly in the Bay Area (Seattle and San Francisco are on the same longitude). The company will initially focus on residential projects. Its first job is a condominium in Edmonds that is in the design/entitlement stage.
