Columbia Vista Corp.

Columbia Vista Corp., a Vancouver lumber-products company, has received an "Ergonomics in Action" award from the state Department of Labor and Industries. The company was cited for its participation in an industry-wide ergonomics project, involving employees in finding ergonomic solutions, and achieving productivity gains while reducing the risk of injury. It employs 65 workers at four locations in Washington and Oregon.
