Northwest Energy Efficiency Council

The Northwest Energy Efficiency Council has awarded its Building Operator Certification Level I status to William O'Neill, maintenance mechanic with the National Fisheries Service, and Clay Ciolek, construction supervisor at Harborview Medical Center. The pair spent a year in training and project work to get certified.
