Mayes Testing Engineers

Mayes Testing Engineers, an Everett-based testing and inspection agency, promoted inspector Jim Kay to senior project manager in the Tacoma office. Kay, who specializes in structural steel and welding, has been with MTE for seven years. He has worked on the Tacoma Convention Center, the FAA Air Traffic Control project, Experience Music Project, Seahawks Stadium, Safeco Field and various Boeing jobs.
