Northwest Energy Efficiency Council

The Northwest Energy Efficiency Council has awarded Building Operator Certification -- Level I to Allen Keyser, building engineer with Hines GS Properties in Seattle, and Mike Welch, maintenance manager with the United States Postal Service in Seattle. It also awarded Building Operator Certification -- Level II to David Gault, director of engineering with the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle, and Chi Nguyen, plant operator with Starwood Lodging Corp.'s W Sea Hotel in Seattle. The program prepares facility operations and maintenance staff for certification in energy- and resource-efficient operation of buildings.
