The Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties has installed Peter Orser of Quadrant Homes as its president. Orser, president of Quadrant, will work to boost the visibility of the association. Other officers appointed for 2004 include: Donna Shirey of Shirey Contracting, first vice president; Jim Potter of Kauri Investments, second vice president; Lisa Kennan-Meyer of Kennan-Meyer Architecture, secretary; and Todd Bennett of Bennett Homes, immediate past president.
