Paras General Contractors

Paras General Contractors, based in Spokane, promoted Terry Martin to general superintendent and Randy Zutter to safety administrator/craft labor manager. Martin is a former superintendent and Zutter was previously a foreman and project superintendent. Reid Dickinson, who has been in the construction industry since 1991, was hired as the concrete division manager for Paras Concrete Contractors, the firm's concrete contracting division.
