Asphalt Institute

John W. Kirk III has been named chair of the Asphalt Institute's board of directors. Kirk is president and CEO of Associated Asphalt in Roanoke, Va. The Lexington, Ky.-based institute is an association of petroleum asphalt/bitumen producers, manufacturers and affiliated businesses.
