July 27, 2004
Sumner-based RCI has hired recent University of Washington graduates Shane Webley and Cameron Bell as project engineers. The pair were members of the UW Construction Management Department's 2004 Heavy Civil Team that placed third at the annual Associated Schools of Construction Regional Competition in Reno. Bell had the highest GPA among his fellow students each year he was in the program. He worked as a project engineer for a light-commercial contractor before attending the CM department. Webley was the 2003-2004 President of the Associated Students in Construction and spoke at the College of Architecture & Urban Planning commencement ceremonies.
