Tim Teteak has been promoted to operations manager and Craig Killian has been hired as a project manager at S.D. Deacon Corp. of Washington. Teteak was project manager. He has 25 years of industry experience and holds a bachelor's degree in architecture and urban planning from the University of Wisconsin. Killian is working in the firm's Special Projects Division. He previously worked at E. Kent Halvorson and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management technology from Central Washington University.
