Jon Havelock, health and safety consultant for Med-Tox Northwest and owner of H2 Environmental, has been elected 2004-05 chairman of the board of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington. Other officers include:

Dan McTaggart, Ledcor Construction, vice chair of membership; Judy Jewell, Olympian Precast, vice chair of advocacy;
