Express Construction has hired Jerry Surdyk as senior project manager. Surdyk has 24 years of experience and is focusing on new commercial projects, preconstruction and value engineering at Express. He previously was a project executive at Howard S. Wright Construction and a 15-year McCarthy Construction veteran. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Washington State University.
