D.R. Horton has named
Niko Borrelli project launch manager for its Seattle division and
Bill Salvesen regional community sales manager for its Radiance development in Fife. Borrelli is responsible for new community launches, from construction permits to grand openings. His initial focus is on Radiance, where the first phase of 250 homes should be finished by next fall. Borrelli was previously sales manager for Starwood's Westin and W Hotels in Seattle. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Hawaii and has 15 years of industry experience. Salvesen is in charge of training sales associates and managers, as well as broker outreach. He has 14 years of new home sales experience, and most recently served as community sales manager for Windermere Builder Services.
