Doug Klein has been promoted to vice president andRon Nelson to field operations manager at J.R. Abbott Construction. Klein will oversee marketing and estimating. He has over 20 years of experience and holds a bachelor's degree in building construction from the University of Washington. Nelson has been with J.R. Abbott for 11 years, most recently as superintendent.
