J.D. Power and Associates

A recent homeowner survey by J.D. Power and Associates shows Centex is the top rated new home builder in the Seattle-Tacoma area, followed by Conner Homes and Shea Homes. The results were based on feedback from buyers after living in their homes from four to 18 months. Fourteen home builders were surveyed. This is the first year the Seattle-Tacoma area has been included in a national customer satisfaction study.
