Olsgard
Ed Olsgard, PCL Construction Services' Seattle district manager, has been promoted to vice president and district manager. Olsgard started at PCL in 1977 as a field engineer and rose through the ranks to became district manager in 2002. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
