Lauren Robison has been promoted to manager of community outreach/community relations for the RCI-Herzog team on the Rainier Valley Link light-rail project. She will also be project manager for the Chief Sealth Trail, which will run 4 miles along the Seattle City Light right of way in the Rainier Valley. Robison is RCI's marketing manager.
