Express Construction has hired Donald J. "Joe" Ramos and Leon Surdyk as superintendents in the shell and core group. Ramos began his construction career 25 years ago and is running the Esplande project in Mill Creek. Surdyk has 20 years of experience and is in charge of renovations to Rainbow Lodge in North Bend.
