Ethos Development

Portland-based Ethos Development has opened an office in Seattle. The company is a program, project and construction management firm. The new office will be led by principal and senior project manager Amy Sparks. A partnership has been formed with Laurel Vanek of Vanek-Project Planning for the Seattle office. Vanek will focus on tenant improvements and smaller-scale shell and core construction.
