J.R. Abbott Construction has promoted Kevin Merriman and Troy Stedman to project managers, and hired Mark Johnson, Aubrey Williamson and Matt Egger as project engineers. Merriman, Johnson and Williamson are working on a medical center project in California. Stedman and Egger are working on projects in Washington. In the coming weeks, Merriman will relocate to Oregon to head up projects there. Williamson holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Washington State University.
