HighMark Investments

Mike W. Kerby has joined HighMark Investments as president and CEO. Kerby previously was CFO and COO of Sumner-based RCI Construction Group, which was bought earlier this year by Parsons. Kerby also took a partnership position in the new venture. HighMark's chairman is Mark Robison, former owner of RCI. HighMark is investing in several projects, including a joint venture to develop a $30 million resort in Idaho, a project south of downtown Seattle and an office complex in Sumner.
