Berschauer Phillips Construction

A Berschauer Phillips Construction Co. project has been selected for a Top Project of 2005 award by the Portland Daily Journal of Commerce. The Olympia-based contractor's project is the Firstenburg Community Center in Vancouver, which is scheduled to open this fall. The building is expected to get a gold LEED rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.
