Dale Pellow has been named chief operating officer of Howard S. Wright Construction Co. For the immediate term, he is continuing as president of the firm's Portland office. Pellow joined the company in 1995 as a project engineer and worked his way through the ranks. He has nearly 20 years of construction experience.
