Jack Beaudoin, Turner Construction Special Projects Division manager, has been promoted to vice president and general manager of the Seattle Business Unit. Jacalyn F. Costigan has been promoted into Beaudoin's old position, and David Klopp has been promoted to operations manager for the division, Costigan's old job. Beaudoin joined Turner in 1981 and transferred to Seattle in 1989. He became division manager in 1997. Costigan has over 25 years of industry experience, including 10 years with Turner. Klopp has over 20 years of experience and has been with Turner for 17 years.
