The Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington has hired Adrianne Blair as program coordinator; and promoted Julie Michaelson to vice president of administration and Victoria Klyce to vice president of communications and events. Blair is assisting with member events and services. She has worked as an event coordinator and was director of the Freedom to Choose Voter Registration Campaign in Seattle. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
